Our housekeeping quality is the best in the industry because our cleaners are in-house, W-2 employees and follow a strict, success-proven, cleaning routine. Additionally, each clean is inspected to guarantee quality and serve as one more “set of eyes” on your property in between guests. We provide high-quality supplies to ensure the job is done correctly. And any damages, wear and tear or anything of note is recorded electronically in our operations platform to ensure reporting to owner is done correctly and accurately, should something arise.

Our maintenance program is second to none. Each property is visited twice monthly, at a minimum. Additionally, a detailed maintenance inspection is performed quarterly to ensure your property stays in tip-top shape and that it’s documented. Our maintenance staff is highly trained, in-house and is capable of doing anything from light maintenance to minor remodel work.

We use the finest quality linen and terry product and ensure an excellent experience with our full service, in-house commercial laundry facility. Textiles seem like a simple thing to get right, but most companies have a haphazard blend of low-quality sheets and towels. Every single sheet and towel product in all our properties is exactly the same – and it’s a detail that matters.
