Welcome to Sea Gem! A 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury penthouse right on the Gulf!

The open-concept living room features two plush sofas, an HDTV, and views straight off the balcony! The layout lets you and yours relax together whether you’re having your morning coffee, watching TV, playing games at the table, or cooking an evening meal. Plenty of natural light and air, and a calming beach aesthetic keep the place fresh and welcoming.

The modern penthouse kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals and get set for your time at the beach, including a microwave, an electric stovetop and oven, a coffee maker and a Keurig machine, and plenty of fridge and cabinet space.
The large wrap-around countertop is great for cooking while still being able to connect with guests lounging in the living room. You’ll love the barstool seating for 4 which is great for having a morning coffee or socializing. The dining room table can seat another 4 guests comfortably and connects the kitchen and living rooms.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy during your vacation. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, an HDTV, large bay windows, and private access to the balcony. The luxurious ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a separate jet soaking tub, and double vanity. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy some “me” time after a day out adventuring!
The second suite has two queen-sized beds, an HDTV, plenty of dresser and closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a combo shower/tub. The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to two more guests comfortably.

There is a full washer and dryer setup in the main common area as well for added convenience during your stay.

"The condo is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, spacious and close to Pier Park. Parking was easy and convenient. Check in/out process was super smooth. Communication was fast.

"The condo itself was amazing! We loved the views from the balcony. The room was very clean & there was no issues!
The resort, however could use some upgrades. Elevators were extremely SLOW!!! They had 2 elevators down for maintenance (which I learned from a tenant in the elevator that it has been down for 3 years now)
The theatre was not available. The outdoor pools were great & I really liked how they had 2 pools!

"My two daughters and myself went on a quick beach trip and stayed at Tidewater 2505. The condo was clean and comfortable. Being on the 25th floor, the views from the balcony was amazing. This was our 2nd stay at Tidewater but it won't be our last. Thank you for a great spur of the moment get away.

"The home was very nice but the view was awesome we saw dolphins playing stingrays and all kinds of big fish swimming in the ocean right from the balcony while enjoying my morning coffee. I just wish the beach chairs came with the room because unfortunately we didn't budget for them but there is so much to see and do in Panama City we had a blast

"Nice clean condo. Beautiful view of the Gulf! Condo is on the 25th floor and the only time we had to wait very long was at check in for the elevators. We would definitely stay here again!! We felt safe with Security at Tidewater.

"not sure how its a 'penthouse',on 25th of 30 floors. huge 2bd unit, both bedrooms are massive with plenty of drawer and closet space. very nice bathrooms, kitchen, main living area. lvp flooring, furniture is up to date (unlike most properties).full size w/d,balcony over looks the Gulf.
only CON: pet peeve is clean floors (def not clean, had to wear socks during stay)
easy check-in/out, Blue Swell super responsive via text, would book it again

Toddler Spring Break

"We enjoyed our quick getaway for spring break. It was our toddlers’ first time to the beach and the view was immaculate. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon! We loved the room! Wished there was a hook for our curious toddlers but we improvised. We did have issues with the master tv not working and the remote was not always working in the living room. Other than that the stay was great! It was clean and comfy!

A beautiful view

"Overall it was a great place to stay. My family of 6 was comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. There was more dust on furniture and ceiling fans than I would have liked to see (I didn’t get close to inspect, I could see the dust from the couch). I feel strongly that if I am paying for a cleaning service and the owners are paying for the service, I shouldn’t see dust on the cabinet doors, on top of furniture, etc. it made me wonder exactly how clean the house actually was. To the eye, the house looked clean.

I would save your money (for us it was over 100.00) and do not eat at the hotel restaurant. We paid 12.00 for a bowl of Kraft mac n cheese for my son, my husbands fish special meal was frozen fish sticks. Our waiter was very nice and pleasant, the food was not worth the money.

If there is an elevator that says broken and then it’s fixed, use with caution. I actually got stuck inside the elevator with it going up, falling down, and going back up and down several times before I could get out. It was moving fast and falling with a jolt stop. I told the front desk but it was never looked into. This stay is on the 25th floor, so we used the elevators on the far side on the building.
