This condo is a corner unit so it includes sweeping coastal views from every room and an expansive balcony. Splash Resort is the premier Panama City Beach Gulf-front destination for family fun and entertainment, rated as one of the “Top Fifteen New Beach Resorts” by Florida Travel & Leisure Magazine!

As you enter the main suite you're welcomed by floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the entire living area, so whether you're relaxing in the living room, sitting at the dining room table, or creating great coastal cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen you won't miss a beat on the beaches. The family living area features a Queen sofa sleeper and ample seating for everyone to spend time together. This home will comfortably sleep 9. High-end appliances and all the kitchen necessities you'll need to cater to your family will be found in this home.

One of two Gulf-front masters can be found just off the living area with a private balcony entrance, King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en suite master bath. The corner garden tub, separate walk-in shower, dual vanities, and HUGE closet spaces make this paradise for those who enter. Your Guest Bedroom features bunk beds, and a private balcony for the children to enjoy the views as well. Your Guest bath is just across the hall for easy access and features a tub shower combination.

Your Mother-In-Law or second Guest Suite features a private entrance, private balcony, and incredible Gulf views. This suite features a King bed, a kitchenette area with dining seating for two, and a HUGE in-suite bath. Morning coffee on the balcony or a quick margarita for happy hour can all be enjoyed in the privacy of your own suite.

"We loved this unit. Lots of room and very well stocked. The suite was like having a separate apt. My daughter and her husband used it. The fridge in that room was very useful for them having a small child. The pools and lazy river were easily accessible and a lot of fun. Access to the beach was also easy. My only complaint is the sliding door from the living room to the balcony. It was very hard to slide the door open and closed. Overall, we had an amazing trip,

"The home was clean and looked exactly as pictured. It was right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The building and grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The unit itself had pretty much everything we needed for our week except since we flew in from NY we could have used a couple of inexpensive beach chairs and towels. Also needs some pot holders but otherwise it was perfect. Management was excellent to work with and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely recommend and would rent this unit again!

Absolute Paradise

"Our space was so amazing. We traveled as a family of six with four kids, and we like to spread out as much as possible. The three bedrooms were perfect for us, and waking up to ocean views every morning was absolutely amazing. The space was beautifully decorated in every room and had all of the essentials we needed upon arrival -- including a Keurig in both the main kitchen and in the MIL suite. I also appreciated the wooden dining table as a mom of 4 little ones! (No glass, please!) Finally, the onsite amenities were absolutely everything, and we rarely had to leave the property. The kids loved the pools, and I loved the fitness center. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great stay!

"A vacation with fun had by all. The kitchen was well equipped, with four kids we ate in most nights. Bunk beds are made for younger kids (mine were 12 and 13j. Appreciated having shaded pool areas to get a break from the sun. Elevators seem slow, but servicing lots of floors during peak season. Splash did not disappoint!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This unit had incredible view of the beach and ocean from every bedroom. It was wonderful!! The unit was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The only issues we had were that we had to purchase tools to clean all the hair out of the bath drain so we didn’t have to bathe in our own filth and the cleaning service really needs to wash ALL the bedding, not just the sheets. The bedding stunk like dirty hair.

A-Dory-ble Time on the Beach!!

"This condo was wonderful & perfect for us, our son & his family. Everyone had their own space. Our 3yo grandson really loved his sea bedroom with the big bed & bean bag chair. The 2 master suites gave both us and my son & his wife plenty of comfortable room. The entire condo was clean with everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, watching TV, playing games, or anything else. Beach access was quick & easy. We enjoyed having beach service with chairs & umbrella. The splash pad was perfect for the little one to play & be out of the sun. We absolutely loved this place & intend to come back.

Family Beach Trip 2022

"Second trip to Splash with our 3 year old granddaughter and 1 1/2 twin grandsons and their parents. The condo was perfect setup for small children. Plenty of room and very well stocked. Condo was very clean and furniture and beds were comfortable and safe for kids. We are planning on booking same one next year. I would recommend to building maintenance to sweep pools more often. The flies were terrible in the covered pool area. They would bite you and we had to use bug spray to try to keep them off. When they died they fell in pool. The beach service is not very accommodating for families with kids. The chairs are set up so close together you can barely walk between them and you are right on top of the person next to you. If you don’t want to be around kids do not use the beach service because you get to know you neighbors up close and personal. I know owners pay a lot of money in HOA fees and I would want to know these things. Thank you for sharing your home the trip was full of memories for my family.

"The condo itself was great, however, the resort was not what was presented. There was no arcade as listed in description. The coffee shop was only open limited hours and sold out every time we went for donuts. A woman in the elevator dropped a handgun out of her purse while our whole group was in the elevator with her. The poolside restrooms were closed for maintenance all week. The gym equipment didn't work properly or was totally broken on some machines. The condo was perfect but the rest of the resort was a major disappointment.

"The condo was absolutely perfect for our our family. We have stayed at several resorts in Panama City and we have stayed at Splash Resort several times. This condo is by far my absolute favorite. We plan on booking again for next year. Plenty of space for our family of 7 (2 adults, 2 teens, and 3 children). Condo was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with needed supplies for a large family. And the VIEWS!!!! --3 balconies and a large floor to ceiling window added to the wow factor.
