Your Paradise awaits you as you enter Beach Haven's open-concept living space and offers you an exquisite beachfront ocean view escape! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath BEACH FRONT condo is a sanctuary of luxury and relaxation, accommodating up to 6 guests.

NEW floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors in every room to see the magnificent 7th floor views of the white sandy beaches and emerald colored ocean no matter where you are in the condo. You can even brush your teeth and view the ocean from the mirror. The water is so clear you can see the fish swimming below from your private access to the balcony overlooking the azure waves. Beach Haven is your private front row seat to breathtaking sunsets where you can enjoy your favorite beverage, indulge in al fresco dining or just relax with your favorite book.

Recently refurbished, our condo feels like a new luxury condo with tasteful decor along with the owner's personal touch. But the paradise feel still continues as you take a short walk towards the ocean to feel the sandy white sand on your toes and smell and feel the ocean breeze.

The two, GULF FRONT bedrooms on opposite ends of each other are havens of tranquility, each offering plush king bedding, walk-in closets, and sliding doors to private balcony to enjoy the views and fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring modern appliances and offers a granite counter island allowing the ease of many cooks or helping hands to move freely around the kitchen without feeling trapped.

Beach Haven is in a great location on the west end of Panama City Beach and only a mile to Pier Park with great dining and shopping or take a casual walk on the beach and go to Sandpipper Becon Resort next door to enjoy the Tiki Bar, pool tables, cornhole, ping pong or an occasional Karaoke and live music.

The beach and pool area are never crowded as Seachase only has 34 condos for the east and west buildings with the pool in the middle giving you 600 ft width of sandy beach area and plenty of private beach space for your enjoyment. With only 8 floors and 4 units per floor, there is very little wait time at the elevator unlike larger resorts.

Perfect beach getaway

"The condo building was a great location and the beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. The unit was spacious and beautiful. I’ve never seen a place with ocean views in both bedrooms plus the living and dining area! Blue Swell was responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great place on the beach!

"Conveniently located on the beach and essentials. Like the quieter less crowded beach. Unit was clean and perfect for group of 4 girls. Well stocked with linens and starter supplies. Easy to carry indicate with management - didn’t really have any issues while there. Only inconvenience was having to use codes so much to move to and from beach with so many things in our hands but understand the security of it. Excellent stay for us!!
