This condo overlooks the west swimming pool and hot tub with panoramic views of the Gulf and Panama City Beach. Here you're not looking straight out at the Gulf, as do most of the Tidewater condos, so you can see several thousand feet of surf along the beach and watch spectacular sunsets from every room in this home.

Tidewater is a Gulf-front condominium resort that’s located within walking distance of Pier Park! This resort features more amenities than almost any resort on the beach with an onsite Movie Theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, Roman spas, sauna, Indoor, heated pool, two outdoor pools, and hot tubs, on-site restaurant and bar, 2nd-floor Lending Library, and Business Center and so much more. I wish I could remember the nameof the person who checked in there was an error in the paper work which he straightened quickly even though The Blue Swell office was closed We ate at Margrettaville and had the BEST RIBS I have ever tasted at Outlaws all the food was good and the service WE will be back

"Loved this place. Elevators were slow but that’s my only complaint. The view was incredible, the room was spacious with all the necessities, and the pull out couch was even super comfortable. My kids slept on it all week. Location was also great. Hope to stay in this room again!

"Our stay was wonderful! Amazing views from the unit, right on the beach. Long wait times for the elevators until we figured out we could use both East and West sides. Highly recommend, bring extra trash bags, paper towels, zip loc bags if staying awhile.

"The condo is very adorable! Our biggest complaint for the week was the elevator issues. It seems like we were always waiting for the elevator. There were a few times that we literally just took the stairs (not very fun from the 20th floor). Access to the beach was nice. Overall we had a great vacation and we would stay here again.

"Great last minute getaway. Condo was great. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Elevator service on the property and the cost of renting chairs on the beach are the only poor things about the property. Overall PCB was nice, but the food choices are subpar compared to other areas of Florida we frequent.

"Nice location. Beautiful beach. Extremely painful and long waits for elevators. Finally, take pictures of everything and be prepared to report any minor or major issue with the property because the property management will attempt to get you to pay for maintenance issues that were there long before you arrived.

"Our stay at this condo was very nice. The unit was clean, the decor is very lovely and the sofa and chairs are in excellent condition. The kitchen has fairly new appliances and the cabinets have enough dishes for six people. There were enough pans to cook with. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms have ample space. The unit overall is spacious and made our eleven night stay very enjoyable. The unit has wonderful views of the beach and the beautiful water. We caught many sun rises and sun sets from the patio. The patio can comfortably hold four people. Our vacation was very relaxing and without issue. The host reached out on several occasions to see if everything was going okay. When I reached out to them with a question they always responded. We would definitely stay again!

"Condo was clean and had a cute feel to it with the decor. Bring on the 20th floor, expected delays with the elevator, but it actually wasn’t terribly bad in September. Only thing I didn’t love about location is that although we had a great view of the water, we also had a view of the streets/city...we heard the street sounds more than the ocean waves. But when you’re just an elevator ride to the beach, you can’t complain much. Our door lock timed out before checkout time, and we happened to be out for breakfast. After about a 5 minute phone call, we received a temporary code to get back in so we could get our luggage out. Overall great experience. It’s vacation! Go with the flow. ;)

"Upon arrival and getting settled into the condo we first encounter a piece of bacon left in the microwave oven, no trash bag in the garbage can and no instructions for the tv w/ROKU. I called several times to get help w/the tv to no avail. We missed local news and our SEC football on Saturday.

MAINTENANCE NEVER CAME (elevators very slow)

"Within 30 minutes of checking in, we called Maintenance and reported the dead bolt not working and the ice maker not working. Maintenance never came so we did not bother reporting other things not working such as: (1) Master Bedroom light, (2) Master bedroom makeup mirror, (3)Dryer did not dry well at all...we had to sometime dry clothes for three cycles, (4) Dishwasher was unpredicable, never dried the dishes, but many times would not come on...we ended up handwashing dishes a lot. We knew from pictures before we booked that there was not a table for 4 in the condo but booked anyway. Therefore, we were never able to eat together, play cards, etc. It seems a 2-bedroom condo would have a table for four. And last, and this is no fault of Blue Swell, but the elevators were terribly slow. We waited anywhere from 10 min to 30 min. Many, many people were complaining and saying they would never be back because of the elevators.

"We had a good experience with the booking of our rental at Tidewater. The staff at Tidewatee are very friendly and helpful.
Four elevators out of seven wete down almost the whole week which is ridiculous. Two did get fixed but the wait for the elevators was unacceptable. Luckily my family could climb the 20 flights of stairs but really risky to have so many travelers without proper elevator transportation.

The Area the Tidewatwe is in has become a little rundown and felt u safe for night time walking. Hopefully the community is working on bringing it back.

Amazing!

"This unit is incredible! Perfect in every way. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated and the kitchen has anything you would could possibly need. The only thing you add is food.
The corner view from the balcony and the view from the numerous windows are incredible as well.
The beds are comfy as is the furniture. The entire resort is well maintained and unbelievably clean. It is in a great location. A close drive to Pier Park and many restaurants.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
My family and I had great stay and will definitely return!
