Avoid the crowds from all of the high-rise condos and stay in this beautiful laid-back private home just a 1 minute walk from the beach! Blue Pelican is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach less than a quarter mile from the Emerald Coast with multiple Beach Access points! This home is newly built with all NEW modern decor and kitchen appliances! Have to work during your stay? No worries! Use the private office overlooking the pool! After your work is done sit back and relax out on the patio soaking up the sun!

Included in the 2025 rental season is complimentary use of the onsite 6-passenger golf cart!

Your home can accommodate 4 small vehicles or 2 large vehicles. There is no parking allowed on the street!
**The garage is not for guest use.

Blue Pelican is a tastefully decorated, recently built home in a quiet area just more than a PCB block to the beach. Our coastal home features soft tones and designer furniture throughout. The open floorplan is perfect for entertaining and enjoying each other's company while on your perfect beach vacation. The beautiful kitchen features modern countertops and everything you'd need to prepare meals for the family. And with LVP throughout, messes are always easy to clean up!

The master bedroom overlooks the pool and features an ensuite bath with double vanity sink. The large standup shower is perfect for rinsing the salt off after a day at the beach. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the third guest bedroom, which has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle beneath - perfect for the kids to stay up all night telling ghost stories or catching up since the last family reunion. The final sleeping area is a bedroom nook off the dining area featuring a queen sofa sleeper overlooking the pool.

This designer home, while tastefully done, wouldn't be complete without the heated pool and beautiful fenced in back yard. It's easy to see that you'll spend most of your time not at the beach, in the pool or on the back deck where you'll find comfortable seating, a grill, patio chairs and a picnic table to share a box of popsicles. Did I mention the gas grill?

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

Quiet Area Close to Beach

"This location and home was perfect for us! It was clean, newly updated or built, and we had plenty of towels. The area was super quiet and privacy-fenced yard with pool was a plus. The management company was responsive to questions and check-in was easy. Can’t wait to return when warmer weather if it isn’t booked up. Loved it.

"We had a great time staying here. The house is practically brand new. It was very clean and had plenty of room. We only had two there, but I could easily see 6 staying here comfortably. The pool and hot tub were nice. Too nice, we spent more time at the house than we did at the beach.

"The house was extremely clean, cohesively designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed (extra blankets and pillows, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry pods, etc.), including thoughtful extras (games, a welcome guide, magazines, a fun guest book to fill out etc.). The location was great. The beach is a quick walk to the end of the street, and Pier Park is a close drive to restaurants and shopping.
We definitely recommend this home to our family and friends, as well as yours.

Amazing beach trip

"Our trip to the beach this year was amazing. We loved every bit of this house. The pictures really don’t do this place justice. The house seems to be much bigger in person. While we were in Florida it was really hot both day and night so the poop came in handy. Loved the outdoor covered area at night. The owners were really prompt on getting any information out to me as needed. This was my first house rental vs the condo I’ve ever done and I won’t be going back to the condos. This seemed to be much more private which was awesome. If you plan to stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Great Vacation House

"We have rented lots of houses and condos in the 30A area over the years, and this one was among the best experiences we have had. The house is new and fresh, with a well-equipped kitchen. The room layout worked well for our group. We had one minor maintenance issue which was taken are of quickly and easily by the maintenance company. A short walk to the beach but it was great to have the golf cart. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area and pool.

A perfect COVID safe getaway!

"The house was amazing! Brand new and extremely clean. Safe neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The interior was absolutely beautiful and even more spacious then the pictures showed.
Had some issues with an empty LP tank and the heated pool but a quick text to the property manager and they were fixed within an hour or two!
I 100% plan on returning as we were so pleased with everything. The location is great to walk to the beach but not walkable to much else which was fine with us.
The house supplied a lot of things that normally aren't supplied at houses. Besides plastic wrap, paper towel and any type of seasonings (including salt and pepper) - the house had everything else you could possibly need!

"My family and I stay here for seven days over spring break. There was ample space for all of us and the location was perfect! Although we had a little difficulty with the pool heater the staff was amazing in their response and even came out on Easter Sunday! Turns out the water was just too low but once we got that corrected we had no further only comment would be to bring extra toilet paper because they don’t supply you with a lot if you’re going to be there for any amount of time. Otherwise it was a great stay and we would definitely come back here!
