Welcome to sunny days on white sandy beaches and emerald waters. There’s nothing quite like spending time on the Gulf Coast, and here, at Casa al Mare, you’ll experience the best of everything the Emerald Coast has to offer. Located directly on Front Beach Road, with million-dollar unobstructed ocean views, this home is the ideal place for families and large groups to enjoy a slice of paradise.

Get ready for sun-filled days on Sunnyside Beach - a beautiful beach at the west end of Panama City. Casa al Mare is an upscale townhome located directly across the street from the beach with unbelievable views. Each day you wake up, your biggest decision will be whether to start your day with a coffee on the ocean-facing balcony while you watch the sunrise or take a quick walk across the road for a leisurely stroll along the white sandy beaches.

On the ground level is a beautifully appointed and roomy in-law suite, providing all the luxury the rest of the home has to offer. It also provides a private living and entertainment area to snuggle up and watch TV or get cozy in the sitting area to read a book or catch up on emails. There’s a kitchenette and breakfast bar with seating for 2 with the same luxury finishes as the main kitchen upstairs. Located on the main living floor is a spacious living room, with an oversized sectional couch positioned perfectly to either sit and watch the tide come in or watch the flat-screen HDTV with cable and high-speed internet.

The main kitchen on the second floor is a dream to cook in with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an easy-to-clean flat-top stove. Planning a sit-down meal will be a breeze, with seating for 8 at the large dining room table and 4 more at the kitchen bar.

• IN-LAW SUITE: Queen Sleeper Sofa, private bathroom, and a private entrance to the backyard patio

2nd FLOOR:
• GUEST BEDROOM #1: King Sized Bed and has access to the guest bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower

3rd FLOOR:
• MASTER BEDROOM: King Sized Bed, seating area for reading or watching television, a large private ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in shower, along with private access to the third-floor balcony
• GUEST BEDROOM #2: King Sized Bed, private ensuite, and doors leading out to the third-floor balcony overlooking the ocean
• BUNK ROOM: 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds

"The house was beautiful and very big and spacious everyone had there own balcony.We came from Michigan and wanted to walk the beach and spend our time there cause the location is perfect and the view is to die for. The ocean is steps from the property. However my husband cut his foot on the 2nd story balcony cause they did not clean up the glass. So unfortunately our vacation was ruined because his foot got cut open. It's was a great place besides the glass.

"Absolutely loved the location. There were very few people on the beach in this area which is surprising during spring break. Easy walk across the street to the ocean and can easily watch those on the beach from the house. Great front balcony view especially from the top floor.

The House could have used a better cleaning before we arrived, washer had a musty smell, dryer took a while to get things dried (both could stand to be replaced). Would love to have had access to a grill.

Other than those few negatives, the place was perfect for what we needed. All the teens had the mother in law suite downstairs and enjoyed having their own place together. Good number of bathrooms for the number of people sharing the house. Other than the few negatives above, would definitely recommend.

"This home is amazing and by far the best we’ve stayed in ever.. the beach is right across the street and the house is in a quiet location but only about 2 minutes from Pier Park were there’s so much to do! Blue swell did an amazing gob having the house ready when we got there and I really liked how the made sure we were all okay multiple time during our stay. I would absolutely refer any and everyone to stay with blue swell and this property I know my family will always be coming back!!

"The home was very nice and comfortable. The elevator did not work. We called several times to see about an early check-in or check-out (which we would have paid for if available). However we could not get anyone to ever return a call. Other than the lack of communication before and during our stay, the home and location were nice.
