"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach and a huge part of that was due to the excellent condition and service we received from Blue Swell. The beach condo was just as advertised. It was clean and ready to go from the moment we arrived. The pre-check in information made it easy to access and to start enjoying our stay. Beach access was awesome. The updated features of the condo were excellent - nice, roomy, clean, and very usable. We relaxed, cooked, watched TV, and spent time on the deck enjoying the great weather. We will definitely book again and would encourage others to do the same.

"We had a good stay again this year. Our only complaint is the owner doesn't have expanded basic cable that includes ESPN, ESPN2, etc., I have never been in a condo/hotel that didn't. The condo itself is always great.

"Overall the stay went well.. we had everything we needed, close to the grocery store.. I read before I booked about the access to the beach. If I would have to say there was a downfall, that would be it. If I could recommend some light down stairs, and maybe keeping the trees trimmed, that would make it for a smoother access.

2 bd 2.5 bath - clean - nicely decorated - convenient

"Recently stayed at this location for a long weekend. Check in and check out was easy. Townhouse was clean, nicely decorated, great view of the beach and convenient location. We would stay here again when back in the PCB area.

Note to future renters suggest using the beach access #71 walkway to get to the beach, it’s conveniently located at the end of the building. Otherwise you will have to go down a flight of stairs on the side of the deck and walk underneath the townhouse which is kinda creepy to use the direct beach access from the townhouse.

I would like to mention although it maybe a coincidence I had contacted the property management office to confirm that the townhouse was available for a long weekend as shown on the calendar but it was also noted in the information on one of the other rental websites that the rental period for March, June - August was Saturday- Saturday bookings. The property management office did confirm the long weekend dates were available so shortly after our conversation I proceeded to book our dates using the property management website vs. the other third party rental websites only to discover that the price had increased $83 after my phone call to the property management office. I can’t help but wonder if the price was increased once the property management office saw there was an interest in the property ��

"Very nice property in a great location just west of all the Pier park traffic. House was Clean and furnished nicely
Only thing I would recommend improving was the access to the beach. Beach level beneath the house needs to be cleaned up and the path to the water trimmed and maintained. Easiest access to the water was through the unit next doors access point. All in all though a great stay at a quality property
