"This week was wonderful! The property was beautiful, with two pools and a splash pad the grandkids loved. Our unit was clean and well-stocked. The balcony furniture was so nice and comfy. Our only complaint had to do with the blind in the extra bedroom. The slats didn’t meet, and people walking by could see inside. We covered it but let staff know it needed to be repaired in the future. Great staff were very helpful!

"Our stay in this condo was wonderful! Everything was very clean, the furnishings were comfortable, but they could use a few more chairs in the main living room. We just moved the chairs from the bedroom temporarily so we had extra seats.

The Master shower was terrific! Great water pressure, plenty of hot water and roomy! This was the reason I initially rented this unit. It is very conveniently located - right across from the trash drop, just a few steps to the elevators and a quick ride down to the beach.

Check in and out were seamless. We had great communications all along the way, never a worry!

The washer and dryer were great, definitely came in handy!

If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a vacuum, mop and bucket to the storage closet. I would have liked to clean the floor while I was there since we were walking in and out from the beach. Maybe not everyone cleans on vacation, but I like to keep floors clean so my feet don't get dirty walking around inside. We also have grandbabies that are crawling on the floors. :-)

All in all, a beautiful condo, great host and we would definitely use Blue Swells rentals again!!

"We had a great time here with our 2 oldest granddaughters! We stay in PCB annually and we found this condo to be in excellent condition, very clean and sufficiently equipped. This is our first time at a Blue Swell property and we found them to be very responsive by text. Everything you need including wrist bands for the on site events is included. 3 separate heated pools (1 was closed when we were there but it was seasonal) and direct access to the beach makes this a great place to relax and unwind. You can see the sunsets right from your balcony! The bay window in the master is beautiful and the shower is amazing! There are beach chairs in the closet so you do not need to rent them. It is on the 16th floor but there are 4 elevators so you never need to wait long for a ride! Walking distance to Starbucks (across the street), Sharky’s and Runaway Island. Also across the street from a great little ice cream stand (cash only) and Alvin’s where you can shop for all of your PCB Merch. A short drive to other restaurants and attractions, minutes to WalMart. This really is ideally located on the PCB beach! We highly recommend this property!
When you arrive pull in the unloading zone in front of the South Property and then go park in the parking garage! You will thank me for this tip!

"The place looked just like the pictures. Getting from the car to the room is tricky, but we figured it out. We were able to walk to great restaurants each night. We felt safe. Beach chair rentals are right as you walk on the beach for $45 a day. The main shower had some mold in the grout, but nothing a little stronger cleaning solution couldn’t fix. Also the main shower door glass hits at the top so we left it open a little. Maybe putting a rubber piece at the top could help so they don’t bang. Lots of families at this area of the beach. No heavy partiers while we were there so not being able to sleep due to noise was never an issue. We never encountered a problem so we didn’t need to contact management. They did come and check in person to see that the person who rented the condo was staying there. They were quick and polite. Some reviews complained about the elevators taking a long time. We didn’t find an issue with them. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels to shower with were left in the rooms. The view is spectacular.

"The upgrades in this unit were wonderful! Loved the huge walk-in shower and the kitchen was spacious with a very large refrigerator! Perfect for families that might bring a lot. Washer and dryer were really fast too! Loved that. Beds were a little hard to sleep on, could use some updated linens, pillow topper and pillows but other than that, would recommend this place.

"It was our 5th year staying at Emeral Beach Resort.
We love the location of the property! The kiddie pool is amazing for the little ones, as well as the older kids!
Our room was amazing! Clean, cozy, and well stocked with all the essentials and towels and wash cloths!
The only downside... the elevators. There are 8 elevators total and some days there were only 3 working which ment long wait time! (30+ minutes).
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can not wait until next year!

"Condo was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the sliding glass door to the patio was nearly impossible to open and close, so we always had to go through the master bedroom. The dishwasher was not working and the home didn't have enough glassware, both were resolved within 24 hours by Management. The Resort itself is fantastic. We were there with 3 generations in multiple condos and there was something for everyone there!

Toddler’s First Beach Trip

"This was the perfect rental for us! The location was convenient to everything, and within walking distance of enough restaurants to feed us for the week. There was a ped-way over the street so we didn’t have to cross the road with a baby in a stroller. This was especially helpful when it was raining and windy. The pool across the street was ideal for a toddler, it was shallow enough for him to walk around and splash without us having to be constantly holding his hand. The beachside pool was heated, which was nice. The views from our rental couldn’t be beat. We could see the ocean while laying in bed. Beds were super comfy! The huge master shower was perfect to wash all the sand off the baby after being at the beach. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Everything was fairly clean. Obviously the floors were sandy upon arrival, but it’s hard to avoid that at the beach. I swept them several times while we were there with the provided broom. My only complaint about cleanliness was the giant ball of hair in the shower drain when we got there. I was too disgusted to touch it, so we had to look at it all week. I don’t know how a cleaning crew could miss that during a thorough shower cleaning. Kind of made me wonder if the shower had actually been cleaned.

"The unit was beautiful and updated very well with a beautiful view. It was clean upon arrival but really feel that they should add a small vacuum to this unit. The rugs got pretty nasty and sand trapped in grout easily. My 2 complaints: The kitchen is not well stocked if you are looking to cook. Only 1 sauce pan not even big enough to boil an egg. Our unit was missing the remote to turn on fan in living room. I contacted the first day. They replaced the remote on our last day. No big deal except for the fact that they did NOT contact me to tell me they would have someone coming INSIDE my unit while I was not there. Actually they sent 2 people which seems unnecessary for a remote. Our wallets, purses, jewelry etc were there and I did not appreciate the intrusiveness. When I tried to contact multiple times I could never get through.

"Great Condo, recently remolded, very clean, Great Vacation.
Minor issues, some light bulbs blown, living room fan remote missing, bedroom TV remote did not work. These items should have been taken care of before we arrived.
The big issue was the Hugh glass shower door in master bathroom came loose from hinges and was in a bind against glass panel that it was mounted to. This was obviously a safety issue as the door and panel could have shattered. Contacted maintenance which is an outside service, in AM. Left for the day come back that evening, had not been repaired. Contacted maintenance thru emergency service, was told repairs are done by priority of severity. My response was apparently a $1000.00 glass shower door that could shatter was not a priority and I hoped that one of my Grandchildren did not go in there and try to open the door and it shatter, would not have been a good outcome. Maintenance said they would be there the next day, not good enough, but all they would do.They did show up the next morning and make repair.

"We stayed at Emerald Beach Resort 1636. The room was beautiful and clean. Loved the view from the balcony and the bay window in the master bedroom! The management team was great! If I had a question, they were quick to get back with me. We had a small issue that needed attention and the manager, Guy, came with maintenance to ensure the issue was resolved. He was also very helpful with suggestions on places to eat!

"We had a great vacation. We loved the style of this condo and the cleanliness of it. My only complaint is that there was a broken bar stool upon arrival and I let them know as soon as we got there but nobody ever replaced it or fixed it. "We stayed here all last week , overall very pleased with our stay! I enjoyed the location right on the beach and beautiful view from the 16th floor. The condo looks as the pictures show. The kitchen utensils & such were falling apart and definitely will bring more of our own (tupperware, mixer, wine opener, and a few others) I never expected I needed some of these things but I did and when I went to use them they had holes or lids wouldn’t stay on due to condition. But honestly that was the only thing!! I must say this condo was beautiful & had views that were amazing for morning coffee. We will def stay again in future!
