Welcome to Endless Summer! Our newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Located on the 13th floor. As you enter the living room area, you will see beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding views.

This newly updated 1- bedroom, 1 -bath Gulf Front Condo! Comfortably sleeps 6, Queen bed in master, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a twin bunk bed alcove. Your balcony and bay windows allow everyone to enjoy the breathtaking Panhandle sunsets.

Tidewater Beach Resort is within walking distance of Pier Park and offers a long list of amenities, unlike any other on the beach. From the onsite Movie Theater to the beachfront restaurant and bar, this resort offers every convenience. Enjoy a workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center while you watch the waves hit the shimmering sands, then enjoy a dip in one of two Roman spas or venture over to the heated indoor pool. Multiple hot tubs, two (2) outdoor pools, a Lending Library and Business Center, and so much more make this a premium location.

"The condo was nice. It was very frustrating as it took a half hour to get an elevator most of the day or longer. Two hours to get checked in is frustrating. You park, check in to get parking pass and cart. Once you have your luggage you could wait over a half hour to get an elevator. Then you have to take your cart down to get your license. This takes a half hour on the way down and then back up to your room. We stayed in one night, because we were so frustrated with the elevator wait times.

"We loved our stay here. The beach view was incredible. Yes, it's a corner unit but you can see all the way down the beach from the windows and not to mention you can even see Pier Park (the PCB Wheel) from the window as well. It's a great location to walk to different restaurants and the pier.
The only issue was the toilet, it constantly runs, you also have to hold the lever down to ensure it flushes all the way. This isn't a dealbreaker and I am sure at some point they'll fix it.
The condo was great, location very convenient, and views were incredible.
We definitely would stay here again.

"Weather was bad, beach covered in nasty seaweed the whole time. Unit was fine. Elevators a bit of a pain but not too bad. Slider to porch hard to open. Toilet chain kept falling off but I reconnected each time.

"A long overdue vacation became a wonderful experience at this condo on Panama City Beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Pier park for shopping and eating. There are miles and miles of beautiful beach to walk every day. Sunrises and sunsets breathtaking... the sound of the surf very relaxing. Check in was easy. Parking garage very accessible. The condo very comfortable and clean. A definite place to return to. Views around from condo were amazing.

"We had our flight back home cancelled so had to find another rental, staying at the tidewater was just perfect.
Ultra clean, spectacular view. Comfortable bed, we see that blue swell operates a bit different than some other vrbo rental and it is most definitely better! We will book directly with blues swell on our next get away from the ice and snow up north.

Beautiful View_Dirty condo & Terrible Elevators

"The condo had some of the best views that I have ever had in a condo. There were some issues with not having all the cooking gadgets needed. For instance, I did not have a pot to boil water so I had to go and buy a cheap pot that I wound up just leaving for future guests. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Lots of blankets were provided which I appreciate. The AC worked very well. We like a very cold environment and I was very pleased at how well it would keep us cool at night. I would like to say the property was very clean, however, it wasnt. I found food under the cabinets in the living room, pills from the previous customer left on the floor/nightstand, the drain was clogged with hair in the shower so it wouldn't drain. Under the sink there seems to be a lot of water damage. The pull down drape in the living room was jammed and we were unable to use it. The "pantry" was full of decor, paint, etc. So I had to re-arrange alot of things to make room for our food.

The elevator situation was ABSOLUTLY horrendous! We had to wait in LONG lines to just get on the elevator, get a cart to get our items out of the car. It was a huge task to get up and down, to the car, beach etc. I work for an architect that builds high residential towers in Miami, FL and in my opinion the elevator situation and the amount of people that were entering and exiting the building at all times was a MAJOR fire hazzard.

"One of the outdoor pools was closed most of the week and the indoor pool was closed all week. The elevators suck. There are much larger condo's that do not have this issue. Waiting 30 minutes in the morning to even go down to get to the pool or beach is ridiculous. Nice complex w/ great amenities, just don't stay on a high floor.

"Loved the different views from the condo . Ocean/pool / city view.
Walking distance to the pier park. The property condos elevators need an update. They are very very slow and you spend a lot of time waiting.
The sliding glass door to the condo was extremely hard to slide open. The condo needs oven mitts and a workable can opener.

"Condo was perfect size. Everything in the condo was in perfect working order. It was all we needed for our little getaway. The only complaint we have, is the elevator service. The very first day we had to wait over 45 mins to get an elevator. The line was probably 25-50 people long waiting. We found the elevator outside our room and started using it. We still would have to wait for that one. Not as long but still about a 10-15 min wait at times.
