Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your spacious, private balcony overlooking the Grand Terrance heated whirlpool stretched along the fourth floor that overlooks the beautiful glistening emerald waters. Amenities include wifi, private beach access, Gulf-view, sunrise & sunset decks, a grilling area, a workout room, a theatre room, and a game room!

"Booked this property only about 1-2 weeks before staying. The process was simple and no problems. The overall condo was excellent and in a great location close to the beach, Pier Park and dining. It had a beach shop and Starbucks on the premises. Very nice! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

"This place was great for our family of 4. Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The room was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The sofa bed was great for the kids to sleep on. The view from the balcony was great. We will definitely be staying here again!

"This condo is nice and conveniently located. The condo is decorated nicely , clean and well equipped. However I feel the bathroom can use some upgrades. We did not spend much time on the property. We were out all day so I cannot elaborate on the amenities. We would probably stay here again.

"This condo was just as described. Even better with the electric fireplace! No need to bring a lot of extra stuff other than food. Kitchen had all one might need. Very roomy and tastefully decorated. Great location. Would come back for sure.

"The condo is perfectly located across from the beach, it very clean and nicely furnished. It does need a few things in the kitchen ( pizza cutter, muffin pan and a few plastic containers to store food. Other than that it was GREAT the pool deck is also nice and the view is perfect!

"30 great days in PCB. Very nice, clean, and comfortable unit. Ocean and pool view from the balcony was great. We had great communication from Blue Swell. There are multiple good restaurants in walking distance along with shopping. The pool is heated along with a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.
