Welcome to Fun In The Sun! The crescent-shaped resort is nestled on the emerald green waters and shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This owner has spared no expense in making sure you have everything you need right down to the smallest detail. The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and offers ample seating for everyone. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the convenient location of this resort means you're just minutes to shopping, dining, and all the areas entertainment venues. BEACH CHAIRS & AN UMBRELLA IS INCLUDED WITH THIS HOME (MARCH - OCT). For larger groups, this home can be rented along with #202 and #206. The kitchen comes well stocked with everything you would need to create your culinary creations.

"Best unit ever after many years of vacation rentals. This unit was very clean. Tastefully decorated...beds were most comfortable. Lovely linens, including extra blankets and throws. Well equipped and organized kitchen. Patio furnishings were comfortable and in excellent shape. And none of the doors squeaked!

"Good experience in Crescent unit 213. Updated unit! Beds were great, furniture was in good condition, plenty of linens. Icemaker did go out and wasn’t repaired while we were there. We had to buy ice which was a slight inconvenience.
Overall a very nice experience.

Davis Family Vacation 2023

"We've been coming to Destin for over the past 30 years and The Crescent is one of our favorites! Unit 213 is great, beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and thew views are amazing! We did have a few issues with the washing machine, and couch breaking but management was fairly quick to remedy the issues. We would rent this unit again! Note: we always enjoy sectionals as they are comfortable and hold more people. :)

Fall Break Trip

"This condo is a 10! The master bed mattress could use an upgrade and the bathroom sinks would not drain. But this view and all the nice decorations made up for it. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen!! Plenty of towels and blankets. We will be back. The pool is never crowded and beach a short walk down.

Amazing beach vacation

"We loved this condo!! Beautiful furnishings, tons of space, every dish you could ever need including a crockpot. Pool is big and ocean view better than expected. Plenty of parking even during the 4th and not crowded. My older kids wished their was a little more happening, but it was a short walk to larger complexes where they met lots of friends. We will be back!

Crescent Condo Unit 213

"Overall our stay was good. However unit was very smelly upon entering. Plus very stained covers on furniture. Needs need living room furniture or covers. Contacted Blue Swell and they sent someone over to put out a scent bomb. It helped some. Elevator in the middle was broken for 3 of our 5 day stay. For me being elderly and trouble walking it was rough. I specifically picked this unit due to the closeness of the elevator. More benches and places to rest are needed. Too many codes to get in/out of unit, beach access and gate. Our door code did not work and we were given 4 separate codes. Finally maintenance man allowed us yo use his and it worked. The pool and beach access were wonderful and kept clean. I loved being there but needed to point out items to be honest. Our last day, the fire alarm went off and it was fixed. However, later that night it went off and nobody yo contact. We called 911 and fire department had to turn off. They had a hard time getting someone from property management. It was awful as we weren’t sure what was happening. Kind of scary with no night manager around.

Great Vacation

"We took our daughter and 3 grandkids, ages 3, 14 & 17) to the Crescent #214. It most certainly did not disappoint! Check in was very smooth and the receptionist was very kind and helpful.
The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything you would need. The property was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, inside and out. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The beach was beautiful and reserved for Crescent quests only. We never seen the slightest bit of seaweed on the sand or in the water. There were 2 pools, one was heated if the temp was below 80 degrees outside, and a hot tub. The only disappointment, of the whole trip, was that you were not able to get into the pool area before 9am and you could not get back in through the pool area, if you were taking a walk on the beach, after 9pm. You had to go around the building. Not hard just very inconvenient. Other than that, I could not have asked for anything any better.

"The condo was beautifully decorated. The cleaning service was not good, we found an open bag of pretzels beside a bed, a rubber glove under a bed, a coffee filter beside an end table and the coffee table was filthy on the bottom shelf, with food and dirt pushed around it from the vacuum cleaner. Several of the doors stuck closed and our children had a hard time opening them.

"This condo on the beach is just what we were looking for. It’s updated with a large, fully stocked kitchen and seating for 11 between the dining room and bar stools. The living area invites you to relax in calm and coolness to escape the hot afternoon sun. The best part was the balcony with its cute seaside furniture and views of the swimming pool and ocean. It’s perfect combo for people who love the sun and others seeking shade while still outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the beach decor, modern touches, and cleanliness throughout the place. Definitely will come again!

"We were very impressed by this condo. It was decorated beautifully and very clean, which is a biggie for me. Very accessible to elevator and beach. Only complaint we have is that the mattresses were terrible. By the end of the week, my mom and I could hardly get out of the beds in the morning. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
