This beachfront paradise offers amazing floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of living space with comfortable seating. The Gulf-front living area features ample seating for everyone, a Queen sofa sleeper, and a HUGE flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure after a long day at the beach. The formal dining area and breakfast bar allow everyone to enjoy meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full range of cookware and high-end furnishings with granite countertops, steel appliances, and custom tile accents. The private balcony is furnished for comfortable lounging and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf Coast.

The Gulf-front master with private balcony access offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en suite bath. The Master Bath features a walk-in shower, separate deep tub, dual granite vanities, and great closet spaces. The Guest Bedroom offers a Queen bed, great windows bringing in the Florida sunshine, and private access to the Guest Bath. In the hall alcove, you will find a Twin Day bed with a pullout trundle (limit of 100 pounds) so that this condo will comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The laundry center is located just off the hall access across from the Guest Bath. Your Guest Bath features a tub shower combination for ultimate convenience.

The Grand Panama Beach Resort is centrally located on the East end of Panama City Beach convenient to the best of area attractions. This distinguished condominium opened in 2007, built on 35 acres of dazzling beachfront property. The resort grounds feature impressive landscaping with beautiful gardens, fountains, and waterfalls, as well as an impressive list of amenities. Guests of all ages will appreciate the extras that grant all the comforts of home with added extravagance.

Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes and armband BEFORE arrival. There is a two car limit per reservation. Guests with service dogs will also need to visit the Grand Panama Beach Resort website to view their animal policies and to complete the required animal registration form. If you have any further question you can call the Blue Swell office to speak with a reservationist.

"We had the best time!!! Beautiful views, easy check in, very clean and comfortable, the pools or beach were not jam packed, and a great location you can walk to convenient stores, souvenir shops and food places. We read a bunch of reviews before hand and the parking was easy and the elevators worked fine. The ONLY thing I could complain about (which wasn’t a huge deal to us) was the public grills weren’t working great. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

"Overall satisfactory, The owner needs to spend a few dollars and upgrade the tv's, they are all old and you must be directly in front of them to see them clearly. Not smart tv's either, a bummer. spent our first 30 minutes working on the remotes so we could operate the tv's. Decorations could be more "beachie" feeling, felt like we were in the mountains. That's my gripes...

Rats and Roaches

"Panama itself was great. We enjoyed the restaurants. The condo was a short drive to an outdoor shopping mall and food. However, we saw 3 rats (not mice) in our condo AND killed 11-12 cockroaches. We ended up having to wash all the bedding due to that and the dryer sounded like it was going to fly was quite gross but the stay itself was nice.

"This is my second time staying at this specific condo. My last time was 2 years prior (November 2018). It is a great location! This time I felt it was a lot more dirty, there was sand all over the floor, hair on the floor in the bathroom, a stain on the bed skirt and overall I felt like if it would've been cleaner we would've had a better experience. Also the king bed this stay creaked so loudly we were worried it would wake our sleeping baby when we got into bed. They need a new mattress and a more through cleaning between guests.

"We loved staying at the Grand Panama. It was the perfect location so we didn't get too caught up in the Spring Break traffic on Front Beach Road. Room was stocked with everything we needed - and plenty of towels! THANK YOU! We loved the Rooftop Pool and Tiki Bar - you can eat while sitting by the pool, without leaving the property. Great food selection and prices were reasonable.

"We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit and Blue Swell handled the little issues we had promptly. The limited view of the gulf is very beautiful. The grounds are very nice and we enjoyed the exercise room. But, the internet reception is absolutely horrible, the couch is extremely uncomfortable for relaxing and As everyone else has said the master bedroom bed is extremely noisy. The condo is nice but starting to need some upgrading and like most rentals needs a few better frying pans. Over all it was a good 4 star stay and would recommend this unit and especially if they would fix the problems listed.

"Blue Swell exceeded our expectations! They made the rental process super easy and kept us informed on changes in the area due to COVID-19 prior to our arrival. Our condo was very clean and ready when we arrived. All of our condo arrival and departure instructions were included in an app that they sent about a week prior to our stay and made the process seamless. We will definitely book through Blue Swell again for our next beach trip!

For a Wonderful Beach Experience Look No Further

"What makes a wonderful beach experience? Well let me count the ways. Easy to book on-line. Very accommodating rental agency. A new property with deck parking. A beautiful condo so clean it sparkled. Comfortable furniture. Well appointed kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. Comfortable beds with good pillows. AND A STUNNING FULL ON VIEW OF ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE WORLD. After losing yourself in the stunning view, the sunsets will fill up your camera. You can take the elevator to the first floor and walk through the tropical garden pool area to the soft sandy beach and warm emerald green water that the Emerald Coast is named for. Minutes and easy access to grocery shopping, cool stuff shopping and world class dining. Not mention the hole in the wall oyster bars that only the locals know about. Was I impressed...You Betcha I was.

"The property is in a great location with a stunning view of the ocean. However, it needs a little maintenance. Furnishings are just as pictured but carpet needs deep cleaning (stains everywhere) and walls need to be painted. Popcorn cornels on the floor near sofa, long hairs in bathroom sink area. The mattress is master bedroom makes a noise that I cannot even describe when sitting or sleeping on it. Kitchen well stocked and we were given extra towels, sheets and starter toiletries (nice touch). Overall stay was good but again, could be spruced up. Special thanks to David at Blue Swell for helping us gain access when our door code stopped working.
