*Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact your stay. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the building. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and spa will remain open.*

Step into your upscale high-rise 3BD/3BA retreat walking distance to Pier Park. During your time on the 11th floor of the Aqua Resort indulge in beach front views from the balcony or through the condo with floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious home features lavish coastal décor & top-of-the-line amenities including 3 Balconies you can see the beach from, outdoor living, fully equipped kitchen & smart TV’s throughout. The resort building also offers a Whirlpool Grotto, indoor pool, Gulf front outdoor pool, a gym & onsite café!

When staying at the Jewel of the Gulf you will be within a 5 min drive of several different grocery & convenience stores to pick up anything you may have forgotten at home or to stock up on food & snacks for your stay. Order your groceries ahead of time for pick up to start your vacation with ease!

During your stay you will have all the luxuries of a high-end resort with the comfort of living in your own home. The open-concept living space offers a large sectional couch, added seating, a smart TV with Cable, & views of the ocean.

The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, a drip coffee machine & a Keurig K-Cup style coffee maker. Once you finish preparing a delicious meal, sit down together at the luxury dining table with a view that just might beat the one you'd find at a nearby restaurant. From the dining area step out onto your private oceanfront balcony to take in stunning views of the Gulf while you relax on the comfortable outdoor living furniture. An additional balcony with outdoor seating is accessible from one of the Queen bedrooms with views of the horizon.

Each room has private access to one of the two outdoor balconies, the perfect place to wake up & enjoy the view. And at the end of the evening choose the show you'd like to fall asleep to with a smart TV mounted in each room.

There is ample space for everyone to get ready for the day with 3 spa-like bathrooms featuring a combination of tubs, stand-up showers, & tub/shower combos, perfect for different accessibility needs.A laundry room with a washer & dryer is available to use if needed during your stay.

"Everything at the condo was exactually as pictured. The condo was extremely clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, and had AMAZING views! Elevators at the property did not have long wait times and parking was not horrible. Communication with the host was good except for a little delay in getting the garage code. Beach chair service was included and was easy to get setup. Only recommendation for the property would be to space the chair layout a little further apart from other guests, which I know is not in control of the hosts. The condo was within walking distance to pier park, local restaurants, and shops. My family and I would definitely visit again!

"With the exception of the rental company wanting to charge us $75.00 for checking in a little earlier than the 4:00pm check in time, which is unacceptable to begin with, we enjoyed the condo very much. The other issue was that lightning hit the building, knocking out our a/c. The rental company(Blue Swell) sent out someone who was not qualified to work on the a/c at first. Of course after 2 nights without a/c in the unit, an electrician fixed the issue. I was not happy with the Blue Swell people about this at all. Overall, we like Aqua Condominiums very much and will stay again, but will book through someone else, other than Blue Swell.
