Recently updated unit with beautiful views of the emerald coast! The unit features multiple resort pools, beach access, and is close to local attractions!

As you enter your vacation home you are greeted with views of the World's Most Famous White Sandy Beach! You will have access to your own ensuite washer and dryer making it easy to bring a light load. Your kitchen is also well stocked with all new essential items! Each room is provided with a Flatscreen TV allowing you to easily wind down after a day full of adventure whether it was on the beach or the many local attractions! You can also sit back and relax on your private balcony and watch the sunrise or sunset while enjoying your choice of drink!

"Unit 1804 was the best Ocean Villa unit yet! We stay at Ocean Villa once or twice per year and this unit was perfect! Very clean and modern....love the 18th floor view! We are going to book this unit for our next beach vaca! "Our condo was very clean and was decorated nicely. There were plenty of towels and lots of water pressure in the master bathroom. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the extra bedroom or bathroom, I believe they were as well stocked and comfortable as the master bedroom.

"Me, my best friend and our girls (14 & 10) have taken a beach trip every year for the last five years. We usually pick different places along the Gulf but this was our second vacation to PCB and at Ocean Villa, first time in this unit, and we couldn’t have been happier! It felt like absolute home there!! So welcoming and gorgeously decorated, and the hosts graciously checked in with us during our stay! We had everything we needed, bundles of towels (tied in cute blue ribbon, too) and all the cookware and utensils that you’d need. It’s a nice 5-10mins walk down the beach to the left to Pineapple Willy’s to grab a drink and people watch, it makes you appreciate how spacious our part of the beach was lol! We had the most perfect week, I’m sad to be home, but excited to plan our next trip ��

A Perfect Getaway

"This was our first time renting a condo. It was an amazing experience. The condo was very clean. Everything in it was modern and it was decorated beautifully. The location was great. There wasn’t a lot of traffic and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. The views from the balcony of our condo were spectacular! We will definitely rent through Blue Swell again.

"Great view. Easy access to parking. The apartment was clean and looks like recently upgraded.Blue Swell property management were easy to reach and response was quick. The only bad incident we had was with the Ocean Villa resident.The resident started racial slurs in parking and was rude to my family considering we are no american and he is american and in military and we are suppose to respect him where he wants to abuse us and disrespectful to us.He was probably high and seems to have mental issues. This is noting against the rental but just be careful of such racist residents in the Ocean Villa.

Incredible condo!

"The condo manager / owner, Blue Swell, was outstanding. Excellent communication pre-arrival, the day before, day of and the last day of our stay. The condo is fully renovated to the most modern finishes. Tons of extra bath towels. Smart TV's with access to log into your own Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. The location of the building is perfect: no traffic pulling out of the parking garage across the street, 15 minutes to Pier Park, 5 minutes to lots of restaurants / Wal Mart / ice cream / mini-golf. Pro tip for future renters upon arrival: pull into the condo building's garage on the left side of the building; either the lower level (far left) or up the ramp to the 2nd level. Pull in front of the elevator door entrance (will be on your right as you pull into the parking garage). Unload your luggage & have someone stay to load everything onto a luggage cart while you park your vehicle across the street (ground floor is the easiest for in & out).

Fantastic Fourth of July

"We spent eight days, during the week of July 4th and had a fabulous time!
We loved the condo, how it was set up, and the cleanliness. They give you everything to help get you started as far as toiletries, washing pods, kitchen, and love that we had plenty of towels
The views were amazing! You could see the fireworks from our condo. Bring binoculars
to check out all the marine life. Everyone was friendly, there was no craziness, even with it being 4th of July. It was a peaceful, enjoyable trip.
We already have friends wanting to book!
We will be staying at OV 1804, again and again!
Can't wait to book our next trip!
