This 2 bed, 1.5 bath beach bungalow is only a 2-minute walk to the sandy white beach and 12 minutes to Pier Park.

The ground floor features a spacious living room that is fun yet cozy with a navy blue sectional that transforms into a bonus queen sofa sleeper. We won’t blame you if it becomes your favorite spot to cozy up around the flat-screen Smart TV and enjoy your favorite shows or a relaxing midday nap. The open-concept layout continues to the dining table with seating for six and makes the perfect place to play games. The kitchen completes the lower level with everything needed to cook up a delicious Florida feast.

"We stayed one week in March. We really enjoyed our stay.The property was very clean and well-furnished. One small negative was that the patio could use a power washing. We would definitely stay there again.

"Very nice well maintained. Close to the beach in a reasonably quiet neighborhood. Nice enclosed patio that my 2 chihuahuas could not escape. Upstairs balcony allowed for relaxing in the afternoon sun. Zero problems or complaints.

Clean and well maintained

"I wasn't sure what to expect with my first Blue Swell rental but I am thrilled to say it was a great experience and I will book again. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and everything my sister and I needed for a home-y getaway to visit with our mom! It's also nice to know that there are pet friendly options if I decide to bring my pup along next time!

Relaxing and just a walk from the beach

"We had a great time the walk to the beach is so close and simple to get to. While we were there is was very hot. The house was hot upstairs but I think it was due to the high temperature outside. Overall great no issue and we would definitely stay again.

The perfect vacation home

"Stayed at this property with my children and dogs. We loved it! The property was accurate to the pictures, was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was just a short walk to the beach which was the best part. The neighborhood was charming and close to amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!

Great Spring break trip

"I rented this place for my kids spring break and I picked this place because of the location and I love the layout of the place. We had a great time, the walk to the beach was simple and I loved the nice, quiet community. We enjoyed being away from the business of PCB but it was a short drive to Pier Park. We will definitely be back.

Cute - close to the beach

"Worked for what we needed.

Literally a minute or less walk to public beach 95.

Plenty of beds for the 2 families and a large enough living room to host 3 families for a roaring evening of card games.

The patio is small but cute and has a shower to rinse off sand.

The bathroom upstairs is conjoined and not at all sound proof. The tub backed up but a quick call to the office had a maintenance person out within 2 hours.

Be warned, all fees will tack on additional tourism fees.

"We enjoyed our stay at La Casa Turquesa! Our condo was very nice and clean upon arrival and looked just like the pictures posted online. The check in and check out process was easy and it was nice to get messages/emails from the owners to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and traffic wasn’t bad at all in this area. It was close to grocery stores so you don’t have to travel far to find groceries and things you may need during your stay. We loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us and how close it was to the beach, just a short walk and you’re right at the beach access. The beach wasn’t too crowded in this area and you had plenty of room to enjoy the beach with your family. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for providing a wonderful home away from home!

Nice location

"The location was very nice. It seems like the place was renovated but maybe not finished or cleaned up. We had an issue with the washer and dryer. The communication with the rental company was not very professional. There was plenty of space for our family of 5.

Nice place

"Convenient location to grocery stores, CVS and especially the beach. Love that this was pet friendly. Locals were super friendly and told us the good restaurants around. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice, but not much counter space for makeup, deodorant or toothbrushes. No hairdryer was found, so bring one! Floors made your feet black, so they need to be cleaned better. No area in kitchen for your snacks or groceries as each cabinet is full. Outside shower facet could be closer to front door as your feet get sandy again walking back to front door to get into home as you need a key for back door. The patio definitely needs trimmed. Very overgrown bushes taking over the table area. Overall, this is in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, beach is not crowded at number 95 entryway & it was great that our dog could join us.

CAN BE A Great Place — needs some work

"I immediately sent an email to the management company with all of my concerns below. I told them I had not submitted a review yet, and they responded with I’m glad you enjoyed your vacation. Totally did not address any concerns.
The Pros...
—Location - very close to beach access
—Gorgeous, uncrowded beach
—Newer, updated furniture and artwork—nicely decorated— overall, super cute
—Over-stocked kitchen
—Super spacious outdoor patio with beautiful bougainvillea and jasmine vines, lots of seating
—Outdoor shower

Cleanliness...
—The floors were very dirty and walking barefoot our feet were black. There was not visible dust or dirt, but it was obvious when we looked at our feet that the floors were not clean.
—The windows were also visibly dirty in the front and back and really showed through when we raised the shades.
—The upstairs shower did not drain well at all.

Storage...
—The storage room door locked does not work, and the storage room is incredibly disorganized, which is a shame because you really have so many items in there. It’s just hard to get to any of them. You definitely need shelving and some organization of the clutter.

—The kitchen had so many items, which is helpful, but there was absolutely no cupboard space for putting away our food and snacks.
—There were some serious sewer issues next door and the odor was at times overwhelming- they were working on it so it may be fixed.

Extra Amenities
—Most places I have ever stayed have a hairdryer, and there was no hairdryer in either bathroom.
—Also when you have accommodations for six and should not put only enough shampoo for one person.

a fabulous recently remodeled beach home close to the beach

"We had a wonderful time in the Panama City Beach area!

I have a few observations that I would like to share with you regarding the townhouse.

1. It appeared to be recently remodeled. It was super clean.
2. I really appreciate the new furnishings (many of the chairs still did not have the price tags / shipping tags removed). The beds and the downstairs sofa were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and toiletry starter kit. The outside lounge chairs were a nice touch. We really enjoyed staying in the small fenced in patio/courtyard - especially our small dog.
3. I’m very pleased that the unit was pet friendly. Our dog really enjoyed the townhouse as well as walking the surrounding area. This was very important to us since we traveled with him on this long road trip from San Antonio, Texas.
4. The outdoor shower was especially welcome after a day at the beach!
5. When using the washer in the laundry room, it immediately tripped the breaker when we turned the washer on. I reset the breaker and monitored it and then were able to complete our 1 load of laundry without issue.
6. The recently remodeled upstairs full bath was nice.
7. When I looked up the listing and booked it on VRBO, they provided a breakdown of charges. However, when I received the confirmation from Blue Swell, it was a different breakdown. You may want to consider verifying the complete breakdown so that they are both the same.

It appears as though the discrepancy was related to the Animal Cleaning Fee which was NOT listed in the VRBO listing.

One final thought for anyone considering this area... the unit was pet friendly which was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and we could take our dog for a nice easy walk around the block. However, the beach access #95 is NOT pet friendly. The closest pet friendly beach is around beach access #54 - 56 near Pier Park.
