This freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse with million-dollar views of the Gulf is an incredible option for guests, families, and friends to book an unforgettable getaway to the famed area of Panama City Beach.
The living room is spacious and inviting, with large glass patio doors that let in an abundance of natural light, bathing the room in a warm and bright glow. Perfect for entertaining or simply lounging with a good book after a day of exploring the Panama City Beach area.

The kitchen and dining space in a spacious open-concept design is a chef's dream come true, equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The granite countertops gleam in the sunlight as it streams through the large glass sliding doors, which offer an unobstructed view of the startlingly blue ocean stretching out before you as far as the eye can see. The double sink faces the glass balcony doors, so while you're washing dishes or preparing meals, you can still take in the breathtaking view. This floor plan flows seamlessly from the kitchen into the dining area, anchored by a coastal-style white dining table with seating for four and four stools for additional seating at the kitchen island.

PCB Friends Getaway, first timers

"We found the Condo as advertised. Stunning views of the Gulf and a fabulous location. It was clean, and spacious for the four of us. Only minor complaints are, both mattresses on the beds would probably be better if replaced. Also, the lack of less opaque, or blackout curtains in the main bedroom meant at dawn the guests in that room were up. The lack of included beach chairs was something I had inquired about before hand, so a quick Wal Mart trip later 4 chairs at $16 a piece solved that problem.

The location seemed to be centralized and we found it easy to get to the places we wanted to go.

Beach was awesome. Spacious, clean, and powder sand.

We are already talking on making a return trip next year!

"We had a good time. Weather was very cold and windy. But what a view!! The bed in master bedroom was very comfy. We had an issue with one of the smoke detectors, but they took right care of it. Would definitely recommend.

"This condo was absolutely beautiful. Awesome view. Loved being able to wake up and look at the ocean. Some of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had away from home. Very clean and plenty of towels (which in some places you don’t get a lot of towels). Giant master bathtub. Perfect location for walking to do shopping and eating. The only issue I had was we didn’t get to stay long enough. I would rent this condo again and again if I could. 100% recommend.

"Staying at Sterling Reef was awesome! My wife and I, along with another couple, had an amazing vacation. The room was clean, the view from PH02 was spectacular, and the staff was very helpful. When we arrived, we did have issues with our door code. Nothing in our instructions said to hit the check mark button after putting in the code. We had to call Blue Swell and get a new code. That was somewhat annoying after driving 15 hours. Also, please let future tenants know to lock the door on the way out, they need to press any button. We were not aware of that. I have one suggestion for the unit. Please put blackout curtains/shades in both bedrooms. The master bedroom gets light early, and the window in the smaller bedroom shows a lot of the hallway light. Overall, it was a great get a way for everyone involved. I can't wait for our next trip to PCB. We will be staying at Sterling Reef.

Beautiful ocean view ��

"We loved our stay here at this location for our vacation & hope to be back another time, the view was so beautiful & we were near everything we needed & wanted to do ! The beach was so private we loved how it wasn’t so crowded. The condo was so pretty also loved the setup ! The few things that stood out was the rusted chairs were in bad condition on the balcony, the coffee maker buttons were stuck, the lamp wouldn’t properly work in the front beach bedroom & the tv lagged & wouldn’t work at times in the back bedroom. But Thank you for everything, we will be back ! ��

"Great stay. My family really enjoyed it. The view was spectacular and we'd definitely stay here again. I gave it 4 stars out of five. I've listed a few items of concern of why I didn't give it five stars, but believe me we had a wonderful stay and again would definitely come back.
1. The master bedroom really needs a sun blocking curtain. Sometimes it's nice to sleep in and the thin see through curtain blocks no sun and provides no privacy from anyone out on the deck.
2. The master bed is pretty old and could use replacement. It's not too sturdy.
3. Receptacle on deck doesn't work and needs replaced. At times we'd want to charge our phone while sitting outside.
4. The dryer vent screen needs replaced. Definitely a fire hazard. The metal screen is broken and a lot of lint passes through. I would HIGHLY recommend the dryer and exhaust hose be inspected and cleaned.
5. The metal iron chairs on the deck need replaced. They are rusting badly and more importantly broken in several spots causing sharp points that can cut you bad.
Overall a wonderful stay and we are grateful we found this place. Thanks again!

"room was very nice. Elevator situation was a nightmare. only 2 elevators for the entire building and seems 1 is always out. took over an hour to get to our room (PH) people were so angry we saw many arguments that nearly became physical fights at the parking garage as people were fighting for a place in the elevator and had been waiting for a long time. location is good but I would not stay here again.
