Upon entering this luxury condo you're immediately drawn to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors spanning the entire living area. The private balcony offers the most amazing views for enjoying morning coffee as you watch the dolphins ride the waves. The large flat-screen TV and ample seating will allow everyone to spend time together on your vacation. Formal dining seating and added seating at the breakfast bar will allow everyone to enjoy meals together. The gourmet kitchen features every upgrade with high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and every tool you'll need to create coastal cuisine that will amaze and satisfy every palate.

At sea level, both the Gulf and the tropical lagoon pool at Long Beach Resort serve to cool guests off after a day of sunbathing on the pristine beach. Enjoy the poolside fare at The Hangout, where a variety of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages are available throughout the day. "We rented this unit to attend the destination wedding of our niece. The unit was large, clean and in an excellent location. All bedrooms have an oceanfront view. The one bedroom suite in the back has a private balcony and its own temperature control which was very nice. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all the dishes we needed. I highly recommend this unit and Blue Swell. Communication from them was excellent and timely.

Great Vacation

"Very clean. very comfortable. Great location. Only complaint is the kitchen was poorly stocked. We had to purchase frying pans and a Keurig coffee machine. There were no beach towels provided. I should have asked in advance about the Keurig and beach towels, so that is on me. But those things are pretty standard in most rentals.

Long Beach Resort Tower 1

"We enjoyed our vacation. We love Long Beach Resort because of the beach space. However, someone needs to keep the people from The Shores of Panama from coming in front of tower 1. Literally my one and only complaint about our stay which has nothing to do with BlueSwell or our unit. The unit was very nice and we were quite comfortable. We have been renting from BlueSwell for years and it's always a wonderful experience.

"We stayed at Long Beach Resort, building 1, unit 1206. It was amazing. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything from check in to check out was great with Blue Swell Resorts. They even sent me a text to let us know our condo was clean and available for early check in. That was nice after a 12 hour overnight drive. I would definitely use Blue Swell again for my next vacation.

"The condo was everything the pictures showed. The views are magnificent! Everything was clean and stocked with everything in the kitchen you would need. I would definitely like to return. Only downfall was I left an item (my fault) and called to see about it being shipped. I was told $25 charge, no problem. I was then told on multiple occasions they would have the cleaning staff look and call me back. I never received a call back and I continued to reach back out. Sad to say it was never located.

"Or stay was amazing. The condo is great. Very comfy and clean. The only issues we had were not enough wristbands when we arrived. Someone came by within the hour with the rest of the wristbands. Also, the double queen room didn't have a tv box to actually watch anything in there. Blue Swell was notified and were looking into it. The beds are comfy and the condo is spacious. Would definitely recommend!

"Notified we could not get in condo at 4. Friends there saw people on balcony until around 1 pm. Unit not cleaned very well and maintenance working on sliding doors. Notified Sunday about washer not working. Followed the suggestions. Notified multiple times with no results. No apologies. No attempt to fix situation. We were a large family without a service that we paid to have. Furniture had covers because of stains. I am very sad that people and businesses don’t stand behind their word

"The unit was ready exactly when promised. Communication with Blue Swell was top notch. Great customer service regarding check in times, how the unit was upon arrival as well as check out. Property was as described, couches have covers due to stains which aren't shown in the pictures. Wasn't a biggie for us as they were still clean. We did have a slight cleaning issue when we arrived but Blue Swell took care of the problem with no hesitation. We did enjoy the separate pools for each tower, that helped cut down on the crowds. We did receive TWO beach chairs with the unit, if you need more, you will have to rent those individually. Great guys and customer service at the beach rental unit.

Steps from the beach for our early morning walks. The homeowners association was very helpful and the employees were very friendly.

Long Beach Retreat

"The condo building was nice and the rooms were clean. The view was amazing and proximity to the beach could not be beat. Visiting over Thanksgiving was great because the beautiful beach was wide open. We did experience two issues. One of the main windows in the living room was damaged and fully fogged up which really impacted the overall view. The other was the the cable was out the entire time. Maintenance came and was not able to fix it and we were asked to schedule time and wait for the cable tech. Not the best way to spend my vacation.

"Overall, this condo is great. It was clean, plenty of space for 5 people. We love staying at Long Beach due to the location, away from the crowded end of Panama City, but still close to everything. The issues we had were heard, the AC in the front 2 bedrooms is not the best, it just wasn't cool in those rooms. The window in the middle of the view looking out through balcony needs to be replaced. It does not look like the picture. Overall, it is a great place just needs a few things fixed.

"The condo was extremely clean and very nice. The kitchen wasn’t quite as stocked with the “necessities” as I had hoped but still no complaints overall. Also, although I never actually saw anyone actively cleaning the elevators or lobby area, it was always very clean and smelled as if someone had just cleaned it. Highly recommend this rental and will stay here again.

"We enjoyed our stay at the property, but I did feel like it would have been nice to be informed about the damage that was not yet repaired on both the unit and also the amenities available for use. The pool area closest to our unit was shutdown I assume due to the hurricane. It was pretty chilly last week In PCB, so we used the heated pool A LOT, and having to walk in the cold all the way to building 3 several times a day was kinda a bummer. One of the bedrooms had plywood over the window, that made for a less awesome view. Other than that the unit was very nice and our experience with all the people staying on site was very good.

"This is a lovely condo,just as pictured. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The dishes/silverware were nice and there is a full size washer dryer. Some stains on living room furniture.
