Looking for your own private Floridian paradise, right on the beachfront? You just found it. This 2 bed condo in the Grand Panama Resort has the style, the location, and the views to make great memories for everyone who stays here. The designers of this apartment knew the views were stunning, that’s why they installed floor to ceiling windows so you get to see as much as possible of the outside when you’re inside.

This offers a great place to relax out of the sun, or at the end of a day spent on the beach. So stretch out on the sofa, grab the remote and watch the huge flat screen TV. The sofa also converts into a bed, creating more sleeping space in the condo.

Take your pick between these two great places to stop and eat or just sip coffee. The dining table can also be used as a work space and/or to host card and board games if you fancy a night in.

With so many restaurants in the local area, you might find yourselves eating out regularly during your stay. But if you fancy some self-catering, then a kitchen with high specification steel appliances, custom tiles, and granite countertops is here to make preparing snacks and meals anytime a real pleasure.

The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf and has a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, deep bath tub and dual granite vanities. There’s no better place to wake up. Why not take your breakfast outside as you take in the amazing views of the Gulf? The second bedroom features a queen bed and, just like the master, plenty of storage space for your belongings. There’s also an alcove in the hallway with bunk beds which kids always find good fun to sleep in.

Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes and armband BEFORE arrival. There is a two car limit per reservation. Great Stay!

"My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks here. The condo was very clean, and the property description and layout were as described. We received excellent and quick service for a minor thing (burned out light bulbs), and staff was always pleasant and courteous. The views were amazing from the balcony. I only have a couple of suggestions: 1. A light in the dining room would be helpful; 2. The mattress in the master bedroom could use a bit of an update. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. We plan to stay here again next year! Thank you Blue Swell!!

"Everything with the vacation was good.

The property door lock is unsafe from the inside especially with the kids. Please improve it.

"The view is beautiful! We stayed with 3 generations for our spring break. We had no issues checking in and arriving into our condo! We had an issue with my son's sheets on the bunk that didn't look liked they'd been changed ,but it was corrected quickly when maintenance brought a new set of sheets. Maybe a quality check of cleanliness could be done ��. Other than that, the condo was lovely, the communication was prompt and the Grand Panama is definitely a place that my family and I will be coming back again!

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly how it was described. The seller stayed in contact with from the beginning until the end of our stay. They informed of us of updates that were around the area and at the condo. Very good price for 3 day stay. There’s a bar by the pool you can enjoy all night. It’s close a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Blueswell are great to rent from.

Very clean

"The rental was very clean and spacious. We will definitely return. Only negatives, was the king bed in the master room was broken in on both sides. I’m sure that’s due to it’s been stayed in a lot, but it could definitely be replaced. Also, there was very limited handicap parking.

"Condo was as described. Clean and ready for our arrival. I really only have 2 negatives about the trip. No ice maker in the fridge and no ice trays available for your guests to make their own. Also, between emails and texts I received no less than 7 or 8 different requests for a 5 star reveiw during my 3 day stay. I understand that positive reviews can impact your rentals, but being bombarded with reminders lessened my enjoyment of the unit and overall experience.

Great beachfront view

"Check-in was easy. The view was wonderful, but the unit was somewhat dark and dated. Carpets were filthy, but the rest of the unit reasonably clean. Ample supply of towels were plush, beds reasonably comfortable. We were very frustrated to be locked out of our room before 10:00 am the day of departure. We had loaded our car and left ourselves 10 minutes to grab last minute items including my purse and phone, and use the restroom one last time. It was unclear how to reach someone to help us get back into the room so by the time we did, it was past 10...not our fault. It was stressful as we were on our way to a final meeting before leaving for home.

"Enjoyed our stay even through it was very busy. Condo was nice but does need some attention.

Enjoyed our stay but it was very busy. The condo was nice but the bedding needs to be updated. The dishwasher needs to be attached to the cabinet, when the door is open and the racks are pulled out I thought it was going to fall out of the cabinet. Stove top also needs cleaning.

"The vacation was great, the Blue Swell Rental was very easy to deal with. I had to make one service call and the were professional and quickly called back with an update and resolution.
CONS: The condo was dated and had a few issues that I expected to be in better shape.
1-No Ice Maker in freezer of the refrigerator.
2-No broom or dust pan,vacuum cleaner did not work.
3-Smaller than expected patio, broken bottom on one of the three chairs.
4-No large frying pan only 2 6 inch pans for a condo that sleeps 8.4 plates, very loud dryer and squeaking washer.
PROS:
1-Great location, great view of the ocean and beach.
1-Great supply of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
3-The floor was very quite, the grounds area was very well kept and pleasant.

Very Nice Stay

"We loved the location and the building Set up. It was off season so didn’t have to deal with elevator waits and such. Only negative was a drainpipe from under the road drained blacked as night water into the Gulf which got worse as the month went - it started traveling down the beach and actually made a huge black water ditch which couldn’t be crossed without walking through it. All the beach goers and beach sitters really took offense to it.
