From the moment you step into this elegant property, you’re welcomed by its warm wood floors and bright transom windows. Here’s the living room where you’ll make memories with your whole group. Relax on the plush sofa and chairs, shielding yourself from the afternoon heat with this space’s elegant shutters, and enjoy a cocktail prepared by the mixologist in your group at the dry bar, complete with mini-fridge and wine rack, tucked under the staircase with its romantic wrought iron balustrade.
You’ll also find a comfortable lounging spot just off the kitchen: perfect for sipping that morning coffee and digging into your favorite magazine or the latest crossword. The open kitchen at Paradise Palms makes preparing a group meal (or cooking with a group) a memorable experience thanks to its high-end fixtures and finishes: stone countertops, double sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus all the utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and staples you need to have a pleasant stay. "A perfect location for a low-key girls weekend on 30A. The private dip pool was perfect for relaxing in the evening and had just the right amount of shade for chilling in the pool in the afternoons. The home was spacious and just a short walk to the One Seagrove Place public beach access. We parked our cars the day we checked in and didn't move them again till we left on checkout day -- we were able to walk to excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines and were even walking distance to an excellent massage studio. The property management company was quick to dispatch someone when an a/c unit wasn't cooperating and was very responsive to our requests and feedback.

"The house was great. It had everything we could have possibly needed. Neighborhood was fabulous. Beach access was just across the street. The company was easy to get in touch with and great with communication. We even left a few items behind and they contacted us to find out the best way to get them to us. We had a great time. We will definitely be back.

"We have been coming to this area for 30 years and love it. This was our first time renting a home and we were very happy with our stay. The house had lots of space and was a three-minute walk to the beach. It was a quiet and safe area. The house itself is very pretty...needs a deep clean, blinds in the front third-floor bedroom, a blender, and a coffee pot, but otherwise well-equipped. Management company was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home, very close to beach, spacious and a pool!

The home was beautiful! The location was great! The suggestions below are minor!
New rental, so just a few suggestions:
*Remove personal belongings from master bathroom closet
*Provide a dust pan that works. We like to clean up after ourselves and the dust pan would not lay flat.
*Ice machine in bar wasn’t working.
*Add a tv to second floor bedroom
*Provide note on how to work garbage disposal, not sure if everyone would figure out it’s under the sink
*Provide hand towels and soap for all bathrooms
*We loved all of the balconies and felt like they could be better featured if they all had outdoor seating

Great house! The bedrooms were oversized! Central location to beach and very close to Seaside and Seacrest. Beach access was across the street and we were able to bring our own chairs without any issues. We could easily walk to a few restaurants, ice cream and the local seafood market was across the street!
