"My family and I went to Panama City fourth Christmas and the this condo was just perfect for us. Great view of the gulf, close to restaurants, etc, easy to get to parking, the pool looked nice but it was cool while we were there, the inside was very nice. We definitely would go stay there again if in Panama city.

"First of all, let me say this was the easiest check in/check out my family has ever experienced. We have been renting condos and beach houses since 2003 and Blue Swell made this process a breeze! The app was so helpful! The condo itself was overly clean and was nicely decorated. My family and I felt at home the entire stay. We had everything we needed except for an ice cream scoop!! Lol. The view from the 10th floor was amazing! Porch furniture was well kept and there was more than enough seating. The staff at the condo was so courteous and helpful. Would definitely book this unit again! Thanks for a great week!

"We stayed here for our family vacation in June. The place was great, well cared for, and in a great location. The balcony was so big and spent most of our time sitting on the balcony aside from being on the beach. The only thing that the condo did not supply was an ironing board and iron other than that it was perfect. We plan to stay here again next summer!

"I'll start out by saying the room and view were nice. We enjoyed our stay. The negatives - I do not like the way you handled repairs to our room. Sending me a text telling me there are maintenance people in our room is un-acceptable to me. A text I didn't receive until much later in the day. Like many people, I don't carry my cell phone with me to the beach where it can get wet, lost or stolen. I don't want strangers in my room where my personal belongings, phone, wallet ect are assessable to some stranger. I don't allow it in my house and I sure don't expect it while I'm on vacation. It would of been different if I would of had a day prior notice so I could of made sure my things were secure. Second issue was I reported the TV in the living room had a poor picture to which you responded 'can you send us pictures of the cables'. No I'm not the repair guy, nor should I be asked to send pictures of TV cables. One other note - the couch on love seat are very uncomfortable.

In regards to the maintenance entry, you signed a rental contract to allow us to enter the unit for any reason at any time. The only way we have to contact guests are by phone number and email which is what we did. The maintenance man was supplying this unit with an HDMI cable to fix the issues you had called about previously. We hope the remainder of your stay was enjoyable and we look forward to seeing you again.

"The Sand & Seafoam Rental property truly exceeded our Expectations! It was very well appointed but missing two important Iron & the Ironing Board! I found the area to be abysmally NOISY which was indeed a nuisance with hoards of young folks perusing & swarming the area! If that can be curtailed, I would most definitely stay again !!

"This condo unit is perfect! I loved the decor and location. The balcony was huge and perfect for viewing the sunsets! The parking garage is easy to access and the property is well kept. My husband and I visit panama city beach 2 to 3 times a year and we will definately stay in this unit again!

"Overall, the experience was great. Pleased with the room and amenities. The kitchen is well stocked. The property is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Not sure if the carpet is stained from wear or in need of deep cleaning. The room did not come with an iron or iron board. It took two days (2 calls) to receive an iron.

"The condo was as described. The balcony and views were amazing as were the starter kits provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the complex is kept clean at all times. The only negative would be that the carpet needs to be cleaned. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Enjoyed our two weeks and gated to leave.
