Beautiful beach home

"My family and I were very pleased with our stay at the beach house. We were texted that the house was ready early and w was able to check in a few hours early which was nice because it was pouring rain that day and we wanted to get settled in. The home was very clean and well decorated. We accidentally locked ourselves out shortly after arrival because the front door automatically locks. The emergency phone service was very pleasant and helped us get back in. My only complaint was the lack of beach towels, chairs, canopy. I have rented lots of beach houses and those things were always available at the house. I had to pay extra to have them delivered to the house. Other than that, everything was perfect and very well maintained. Blue Swell is very helpful and attentive to your needs to be sure rental experience goes smoothly.

"My husband, myself, and two boys (age 8 and 12) stayed here for our spring break week. I loved this townhome! Very clean, great location, easy check in and check out process, and the perfect amount of space for a family of 4! I loved being able to step off the deck and be on the beach. It was also great being able to cook our own food all week...the kitchen is well equipped and roomy.

Great location and a great house

"This is the second time my family has visited this property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The house is clean and in good condition and you can’t beat the location. The only two things I wish they would update is the mattress in the master bedroom and the TVs. The mattress isn’t very supportive and I find that my back hurts in the mornings. As for the TVs, I feel that they are a bit outdated and not easy to watch streaming content for the kids. I feel the house would be perfect with these 2 changes. A new foam mattress and a few new TVs (which are both cheap nowadays) would be easy updates I feel. Thanks.

Surfside 5 is a Gem

"The townhome was just as described on the Blue Swell rentals page. The place was very clean and beautiful. It’s right on the beach, so you get out of your car walk in the door and out to the deck only steps from the ocean. We really enjoyed the deck and the hose on the deck was a great amenity so we could wash the sand off of everything before going into the home. Many times we stay in these places and there are never enough pillows or comforters but this place was well stocked. It has all of the pots and pans you need as well. The only thing I’d advise is that there isn’t a keurig ( if you are used to that be aware). You can tell Blue Swell puts a lot of thought into creating a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere for their vacation renters. I would definitely rent this place and from Blue Swell again. They think of everything.

Nice location

"We loved the location and beach area/views were amazing. Close to good dining, etc. The place was clean and nicely updated/decorated, although it had a smell like someone had smoked in there previously, so that I had to wash even my unworn clothes afterward. The beds were very firm, too much so for us. The main issue we had staying here was with property management, there was a coffee pot that didn’t fit in the machine, we called and they brought another. As soon as they left my husband noticed the pot had a crack down the pot beneath the handle, it was difficult to see at first glance so we figured the maintenance guy just didn’t notice it. I messaged them immediately after he left, and a couple days later they brought another replacement and returned the broken pot for a refund. Yet they decided to charge me $25.00 to replace something we did not break, even after they returned it for a refund. After being treated so rudely over the phone about this issue, we definitely plan to avoid ever staying with company again..

"This town house right on the beach was so clean and inviting! The views from the deck and master suite were just amazing. You’re further down from the pier and it makes for some amazing sunsets and moonlight on the water views! As a family with littles, it’s worth paying a little extra to be right on the beach and come in to a clean, cool house when you’re done for the day. Everything’s modern and up to date. Would absolutely recommend!

"We have been going to PCB about twice a year for 10 years. We don’t like change much so this is only the 3rd place we have stayed. My parents finally went on this trip with us so we needed more room. I am so happy we found this beach house. It was perfect! Very clean. Right on the beach. It was nice to be able to let the kids play out in the sand and watch them from the deck. The weather was a little bad so we spent more time inside than we would have liked to but had plenty of room while we waited on the sun. One of our favorite parts was the location. Not right in the middle of ‘town’. Would definitely recommend! And we’ll stay again if we have family/friends going with us.

"The condo was nice and clean. I enjoyed being able to walk right out the back door to the beach. The beach was very packed though right behind our condo. And the management was "ok" but I wasn't very fond of them. Overall the house was in perfect condition.

"I will say I am a beach snob and this place fit my expectations to a T! The entire place was beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. I was nervous with it being a townhouse that we would hear the neighbors all night but We barely heard them. I didn’t know there was a public beach access right next to the building so in peak season I imagine the beach in front of our place would fill up fast vs having being guaranteed your own space. I totally recommend this place.

Panama City Beach Ocean side rental

"The accommodations were excellent. I was very impressed with the condo in general and the Blue Swell staff in particular. They checked on us at the beginning of the stay to address any concerns we had, and we available throughout the stay. The condo felt roomier than the description portrayed, and was very well maintained. We chose this specific location as it is intentionally not in an extremely busy location of the beach, but is still very convenient to all of the PCB attractions and resturants. Overall this was a great trip to PCB.

"We were scheduled to stay in Santa Rosa but got a call when we were 2 hours from arriving that the unit we had rented was not ready as expected due to some maintenance issues. "We had a wonderful time at Surfside 5. IT WAS BY far the best place we’ve stayed in PCB . First time staying in a townhome and we like it much better than a condo. Just steps from the gulf. Everything was modern and clean. The only thing that I would suggest is an umbrella on the deck. We thought the towels, hand towel and face clothes tied with ribbon was a special touch. Surf side unit 5

"We had a great stay at this townhouse directly on the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Nice to have the extra bunk beds for the kids. We had everything we needed. The towels were nice and thick. Nice porch to sit on with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. Nice outdoor shower as you get to the porch steps. We had NO problems or complaints.

Great location, very nice townhome

Last week at the Beach

"Property was very clean, Everything described was there, dishes were plentiful, everything worked,along with the location, this place is perfect... Had an issue, was taken care of by Blue Swell right away. They worked with me with my stay as I extended a couple of times. If this property is on your list rent it, you wont be sorry.
