Upon entering the home, you’ll be drawn into the main living room with cathedral ceilings that open to the top floor and large sliding glass doors and windows, allowing for the warm breeze and Florida sun to bathe the room in natural light.
Guests love the comfy sofas, armchairs, and thoughtful touches decorated in luxurious coastal decor with muted turquoise and warm neutral tones, bringing the ambiance of the beach and nature indoors.

The heart of any home is the kitchen. It’s the place where coffee is made, family recipes are shared, and heart-felt conversations are had over putting the dishes away, and this kitchen holds up to that ideal and then some.
Easily prepare family meals, snacks, and your favorite drinks in this galley-style kitchen. Cooking a meal here is a pleasure with its immaculate grey marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. This truly is an executive home with a dedicated dining space where the whole family can enjoy a sit-down meal together.

The open concept of the main living room, dining room, and sliding doors that open directly to the large back patio with additional seating makes sit-down meals, BBQs, and snacking together easy-breezy. Prepare yourself to be sunkissed and sun blissed after spending quality time with your family and friends on the back patio in your own private heated pool and spa surrounded by loungers and Adirondack chairs. When you’re not out and about enjoying the crystal waters or the white sandy beaches nearby, this will be your family’s favorite space for sipping on cocktails, splashing in the water, and soaking up life in the tropics.

**Pool/Hot Tub heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

"Rented the property to attend a destination wedding for some friends in the area. The house and pool area was as described with no issues. Had some concerns about the upcharge for the pool and hot tub but turns out we didn’t need to adjust anything during the time we were there. I could see that might be an issue during the winter months. Overall, this choice definitely met our needs and the management company was always in contact if there was any problems but we did not have any issues.

"This house was perfect for our girls trip week vacation last week. We had no trouble finding the house and check in was a breeze. The agency texts you randomly and if we had any questions, they responded to the text quickly. The house is within walking distance to the beach so that made it very nice to not have to worry about parking.
We will be staying here again in the future!!

"We had the best vacation at this rental. When I was looking for a vacation rental, I happened to just stumble upon this home and I'm glad I did. The outside pool area is awesome. The house is in a good area and private. The beach is 1 block away. We didn't have any problems but Blue Swell was in contact with us through text on regular basis asking if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

"10/10 would recommend not only the house but blue swell rentals to anyone. This is our third experience with them and all three have been great! The house was perfect for us with 2 adults and 5 kids. It is close enough to the beach that I didn’t have to worry about the older teenagers walking back and fourth. The ocean was double red flag for most of our trip but the pool was a great distraction for the littles! Overall it was a great trip and an enjoyable stay!

"The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. The pool was great. The home had everything we needed and was clean. Best vacation we've had in years. Blue Swell staff were friendly and check in was a breeze. We only had to call Blue Swell maintenance once while we were there to fix an electrical outlet in the bathroom and they arrived within 30 mins and the problem was fixed immediately. We hope to rent this home again. Thank you!

Beach House on Dolphin in PCN FL

"Not only was the house very clean and fully stocked and furnished. But the maintenance team was on call at every step of the way. They came by to assist with the jacuzzi. They were very friendly, professional, quick and helpful. The establishment fit our families needs to a tea and was less than a two minute walk to the beach and even less then that by golf cart. I definitely recommend this location or for that matter any property that Blue Swell offers.
