Welcome to this newly renovated 2 bedroom condo in the gorgeous Origins at Seahaven Resort. Just minutes from Pier Park, Origins at Seahaven is across the street from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter your vacation paradise you are welcomed with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors offering a panoramic view of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Your Living area is family-friendly with a queen sofa sleeper so that this home sleeps six comfortably. A flat-screen TV, private balcony access, separate formal dining area, and additional breakfast bar seating makes this home your first choice for a memorable vacation. The fully equipped and upgraded kitchen has everything from the coffee maker to a blender for your frozen drinks. It is HUGE, so entertaining family and friends is a must.

The master suite also has private balcony access, a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite master bath for added convenience. The guest bedroom also features a king bed for added comfort and convenience. "This room is Beautiful two king bedroom two bath spacious condo on Panama City Beach. If you’re into having them top floor like me, you would love this spacious, private, and peaceful condo. The kitchen is huge so if you’re cooking for the week this is the perfect place for you is comfortable and the whole room is clean., Everything you need will be waiting on you once you check-in including parking pass , wristband, and any information you need with the condo and everything around it . Blue swell rentals estate Is a very good rental company you will not be disappointed. I have booked with them over the past few years and it’s always been worth it.

Great condo at a great location

"We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was great. Tge beach across the street wasn't too crowded and we liked having a store attached to the building for ice, drinks, coffee, etc. The condo was great however if you plan to cook like we do bring your own stuff the kitchen is not well stocked. I was fully prepared for the elevators to take forever but they didn't and figuring out parking wasn't bad either. We will definitely be back.

"We travelled with a party of 5- 3 kids and 2 adults. Plenty of space to chill and relax. Enjoyed the big kitchen. Bring your specific utensils from home if you can. (Pizza cutter, peeler, etc) Elevator wait can be long on peak days. Whether you are going up or down, just jump on if you find space. Bring lots of laundry detergent. It’s so convenient to do a load daily. Bring hand soap, that is one recommendation I am making ti Blue Swell- hand soap please. We would book this condo again.

Great view and location but that is all....

"Let me start by saying that the location and the view is all this place has going for it. From the moment I walked into the condo and saw the horrible dark stained, worn carpets I knew I was in for it. The dishwasher is not bolted it and will nearly fall over when you try and load it. The master bath sink does not drain at all, so we were stuck the whole weekend with a nasty water sink filled with toothpaste. The living room TV does not work. And finally, after two loads of laundry I discovered that the dryer is also broken. I was forced to hang wet clothing around the condo to try and dry it. The kitchen is barely stocked with enough plates and utensils for a family of four. luckily we bought extra towels and soup however we were given one trash bag for a four day stay. Finally, the icing on the cake was when the thermostat completely stopped working and we could not get maintenance to show up to fix it until the day we were departing. Thank goodness it was not July or August and blistering hot because the condo management company did not seem concerned, offer an apology at all, or offer to modify our accommodations for the inconvenience. We were a little nervous the second night with no heat because the low was 42 and we have two children under three however we bundled up and did not get too cold. Needless to say, this is the first vacation I have had where I was grateful it was over. We were in town for a yearly reoccurring event however I will never stay nor recommend this place to anyone. This place needs a serious makeover to be nice again.

"The condo was very nice and peaceful it was just a 2 min walk across the street from the beach . The barbecue area was open and relaxing. I also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi Area. I will be coming back to stay here with friends and family I definitely recommend this condo to whoever interested.

"My family and I stayed there the week of June 12th and upon arrival, the room was clean but they forgot our parking pass and pool bracelets. There was not enough silverware for even 4 people when the unit slept 6. Also, there was only 1 trash bag for the entire week and no laundry detergent provided. We understood that we would only be provided limited items but there wasn’t even enough working light bulbs for all the lamps. Also, stains on the curtains and guest bedroom tv didn’t work. Chair in unit was also broken. It wasn’t major things but would h e been nice to have had those issues corrected before we arrived. This is definitely not a family oriented building. Lots of drunk people were staying there and at times, very vulgar and loud. When we left, the elevators were not working which lead to us having to walk down the stairs to load all of our stuff into our cars.

"The suite at Origins 1705 was nice, it was as described. The people were friendly and the minor problems were taken care of. The location was great it was walking distance from everything. The TV and internet wasn't great but we had other things to do. I would book again next year at this place but the price was increased out of our income budget.
